QUASYDOC FOR QUALITY

- This is a software specifically developed for Android mobile devices.
- With the QD-Check app, you efficiently organise your tours of the plant. Glass auditing or checking cleaning is done using pre-prepared checklists in Quasydoc.

This stand-alone software replaces your paper quality registrations on the work floor and monitors the frequency and results of the registrations in the workplace in real time.
QD-SCAN
- This is a software specific developed for mobile android devices.
- With the QD-Scan app you effectively organize your stock management and you comply with the legal traceability requirements. Each product receives an internal lot number to be able to trace it quickly.
- You print barcode labels with lot numbers and register all stock movements and corrections with your mobile scanner.
QD-TECH

With the QD-Tech app you can organise your technical maintenance in real-time in an efficient and mobile way.

QD-CONNECT
- Quasydoc is constantly developing new REST API’s, making it easy to link with other software packages and exchange data.
- You can import master data via web services (per data set customer-supplier-product)
- Send product information automatically to the GS1 databases and PSinFood.
- We have a link with Nicelabel so that the correct product information is always printed on your label.
- If you use Office 365, there is the option to automatically log in to Quasydoc.
- There are options for automatically sending financial information to an external accounting package.
QUASYDOC FOR KITCHEN
- This is a logistic and traceability module developed specifically for the institutional and healthcare sector.
- There is the possibility to create or calculate product information such as allergens, nutritional values, preparation files and cost prices.
- We have made a link for you with the most important Belgian Foodservice suppliers, so that the products and deliveries are automatically imported into Quasydoc.
- You also have the option of linking with other menu planning software
