Quasydoc contains a detailed specification management module. The system enables you to manage, not only raw material and process specifications, but also end product specifications. The internet facilitates the workflow as suppliers are required to fill in their product specifications online, and end product specifications can also be sent to the customer in the same way.

For foodstuffs, the allergy and ingredients list and the nutritional values can be calculated based on the data listed in the raw material specification. Quasydoc generates the label information in accordance with European legislation 1169/2011 concerning the provision of food information for consumers.. A link to GS1 trustbox is also provided.

Quasydoc field check is a module for customers to create their own checklist to use on a mobile appliance (tablet, smartphone, …). Defects can be registered as findings that are then transferred to another Quasydoc destination as a technical service task, a corrective action, or a supplier complaint, …
During this training, we give you step-by-step instruction on how these checklists should be made, completed and transferred in Quasydoc.

Quasydoc enables you to manage your quality control plan. All possible quality controls and lab analyses are planned either per period or per event (and fully integrated in the logistic stream).
The results can be immediately registered in Quasydoc with an automatic interpretation of the given ratings linked to the specification module. If results fall outside the specification scope, visible actions can be taken.

Workflows are customer-related process flows. On a step-by-step basis, specific procedures are taken from your quality system so you can determine how they develop. You create your own fields, your own screens and your own workflow logic, so you create a workflow that has the same look and feel as the standard Quasydoc modules. Think of such elements as supplier selection, product development, etc.
During this training we give you step-by-step instructions on how to automate your own processes by using a real example. This will help you to get a little closer to achieving a totally paperless follow-up system.

This training lasts a full day. There is plenty of time for you to take one step at a time to produce your own workflow with supervision. At the end of the course, you will be able to independently design workflows in Quasydoc and you will have at least one work flow ready to go in your own Quasydoc environment.

Quasydoc has a separate logistic and traceability module for professional caterers that enables them to comply with the legal regulations concerning traceability.

The logistic and traceability module contains the following functionalities:

  • Receipt of goods: with their respective incoming traceability information so manually delivered products, as opposed to despatch notes or orders, can be received;
  • Stock control: with the most important stock transactions, stock blocking and block lifting, stock corrections, internal traceability based on historical stock transactions, stock evaluation for the inventory;
  • Cost calculation: to calculate costs of use per period for budget control purposes;
  • Purchasing module: to generate offers based on the minimum stock that can then be converted into supply orders;
  • Internal orders module: to enable departments can send orders through to a central warehouse retaining traceability;
